The menu covers breakfast and lunch with some blurring in the middle. Lots of omelets, hamburgers, pancakes and waffles.
But, keep an eye on the specials board—Korean barbecue with kimchi, the Perdu French Toast, Loco Moco, all great.
And then there's the chicken-fried chicken, a caloric wonder covered with gravy and heart attacks.

Paul's has been in this location for more than 30 years. My family and most of our customers have been coming here since their high school days.
When we found out the coffee shop could go out of business forever, it just seemed the natural thing to do to take over the business myself.
